The Av-Comm L1512 C Band 3.7-4.2GHz 5G Filtered PLL LNB +/-5kHz has an input frequency of 3.7-4.2GHz and utilities phase lock loop (PLL) technology to provide +/-5 kHz frequency stability. The addition of a 3.7-4.2GHz low pass filter before the down-conversion stage of this LNB eliminates the impact of 5G, WiMAX, and other out-of-band interference sources have on C Band satellite reception. The Av-Comm C Band 3.7-4.2GHz 5G Filtered PLL LNB +/-5kHz is the result of several years of research and development to design a high performance and cost effective LNB solution to preserve C Band reception from the degrading effects of terrestrial WiMAX and other out-of-band interference sources.
Our colleagues at Av-Comm have written a C Band 5G Interference White Paper that provide insight into why 5G interference is impacting C Band reception in Australia and the industry best practise method to resolve C Band interference issue for location and license area throughout Australia.
If you are experiencing the effects of C Band interference on your C Band satellite system or network contact our office and we will provide you will a range of solutions to restore your system and mitigate any future impact of C Band interference.
