The advanced thermal design and cooling techniques enable the unit to operate in extreme environmental conditions from direct rain to direct sunlight in tropical environments. The Spacepath STS150K 150W Ku Band BUC utilised GaN FET technology in the amplification stages ensuring efficient conversion of energy.
