Description
The Orbital Systems S Band Tx/Rx Feedhorn is designed for S Band applications that require independently switchable transmit and receive polarities such as Tracking, Telemetry, and Control (TT&C). The Orbital Systems S Band Tx/Rx Feedhorn is designed for Satellite TT&C operations where the uplink and downlinks are S Band and selectable polarity is required. The Orbital Systems S Band Tx/Rx Feedhorn is designed for prime focus antenna systems and can be integrated for retrofitted to existing antenna systems.
Orbital S Band Tx/Rx Feedhorn for TT&C Features:
- Selectable S-Band Receive in LHCP or RHCP

Orbital Systems provides a wide range of antenna feeds for Earth Observation Satellites (EOS) Direct Broadcast (DB), Telemetry, Tracking and Control (TT&C), and general telemetry applications. All Orbital feeds are made of the highest quality materials and are enclosed in a heavy duty aluminium enclosure, powder coated and assembled with stainless steel fasteners to eliminate external corrosion. Orbital feeds are pressurized with temperature and humidity sensors, and built in purge valves to ventilate the feed when excess humidity is detected. STEP Electronics is the Australian and New Zealand distributor of Orbital Systems (now CPI SAT).
